Shrinath sets the strategic direction of the company and is responsible for building strong industry partnerships in the automotive industry. Under his leadership, the company has developed a unique end-to-end vision for its Cloud and in-vehicle software solutions.

He previously co-founded MARGI Systems, which pioneered the delivery of infotainment headunits and in-vehicle networking. MARGI was acquired by Harman (now Samsung). Shrinath has an MBA from Wharton (U Penn), an MS in systems engineering from the University of Texas, and a BSME from the National Institute of Technology in India. He holds several patents in mobile and automotive connectivity.

Shrikant Acharya drives the company’s technology roadmap and strategic automotive industry partnerships. Under his leadership, the company leads the market in Ethernet AVB/TSN and Cloud-to-vehicle solutions; Excelfore is also the first software supplier to achieve independent certification by the Avnu Alliance.

Shrikant was a co-founder of MARGI Systems, which pioneered the delivery of infotainment headunits to automotive OEMs. His prior experience includes Harman, Widergren Communications, Cirrus Logic, and Telephoto Communications. He holds over a dozen patents for Cloud, in-vehicle networks, advanced compression technologies and driver assistance among others. Shrikant has a Bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India, and an MSEE from the University of Texas at Arlington.

John drives the Design and Architecture of Cloud and in-vehicle software including OTA update systems, automotive diagnostics, data analytics, and AVB/TSN for in-vehicle networks. John has been developing software for automotive applications for more than fifteen years. Prior to joining Excelfore, he co-founded MARGI Systems where he led Engineering and was responsible for the development of award-winning products (PC Magazine’s Editor’s Choice Award, Popular Science Award, etc.)

He has over thirty years of experience in computer software, hardware and ASIC designs. He holds over a dozen patents for Cloud, in-vehicle networks, advanced compression technologies and driver assistance, among others.

Rema is responsible for global engineering and project execution. Prior to joining Excelfore, Rema worked at Harman International and for non-profit organizations.

At Harman, she was instrumental in building the multimedia stack that were incorporated in the full line of BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche and other premium automotive manufacturers . Rema holds a Master’s in Computer Science from California State University – East Bay.

Rich Capen joined Excelfore as Chief Financial Officer in 2016. Rich had worked in a similar capacity with this same management team at MARGI Systems, a multimedia systems company, helping to engineer its successful sale to Harman International.

Prior to joining Excelfore, Rich was a Managing Director at VCFA Group, a pioneer in secondary private equity, a General Partner with Capstone Ventures and an associate with a small private equity firm. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Finance from Penn State.

Prajeet is great in adopting innovative concepts and solutions targeted for client requirements which create most business value.

He has extensive 30+ experience of Telecom. He is also experienced in startups in Europe and Globally.

Shiro is driving global customer engagements with a focus on creating a strong base of engineering talent that is developing and delivering products to automotive customers.

He has extensive experience in the Silicon Valley and Japan with roles in product engineering, development, planning and project execution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Ehime University in Japan.
